Automatic chapatti making machine
It comprises of 4 different machines
1.Peda making machine
2. Chapati 1st Rolling machine
3.Chapati 2nd Rolling machine
4.Chapati baking oven
Peda making machine is fitted with 1 H.P. Three phase motor,Gear reducer,Capacitive cell(Sensor),S.S hopper and worm.rolling machine is fitted with half H.P. motor and gear reducer. 2nd rolling machine and baking oven is fitted with 2H.P. motor,gear reducer. chapati baking oven is 3 tier.Below the stainless steel wire mesh for puffing chapati .weight and Thickness of chapati can be adjusted from 4 to 7 inches. It can be installed
L shape.
WORKING-:
Switch on the Baking oven.The conveyer will start moving.then light up the L.P.G.Burner.Let the oven get heated for 8-10 minutes.Put kneaded dough into the hopper of Peda making machine and dry atta into the hoppers of the sprinkles of chapati rolling machine which will continuosly keep sprinkling on the conveyor to avoid sticking of atta on conveyor or roller. Dough Balls will be automaticaly placed on the conveyor of first rolling machine which will carry the dough into rollers flattening into the oval shape. The oval piece will then fall automaticaly on the conveyor of the second rolling machine which will flatten it from the other side making it round.The round piece will then fall on the conveyor of baking oven and baked and puffed chapaties will fall automatically.
